Conclusion of Contract

The offers presented by Cici Purwanti are non-binding and subject to change. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the “Submit Order” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is concluded either through our separate order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.

Prices and Delivery

(1) All prices stated are gross prices. As a small business owner within the meaning of Section 19 (1) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is charged. In the case of special offers, the promotional price is valid only for the duration of the respective promotion. Details can be found in the respective product description.

(2) For deliveries via courier service, shipping costs will be added. These depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the chosen shipping method and are specified in the offer. Details can be found in the respective artwork description and will also be discussed individually. Shipping is carried out via DHL or Hermes. The artwork is professionally packaged.
Risk passes to the customer upon acceptance by the shipping provider, and we do not assume liability for transport damage. All risks and hazards associated with the shipment of goods are transferred to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider or directly to the customer. Cici Purwanti is not liable for damage or loss of the purchased item occurring after handover for shipment. Any such claims must be made directly to the shipping provider.

Terms of Payment

(1) Payment is made via PayPal or in advance (bank transfer upon agreement). Delivery will be made after receipt of payment.

(2) The customer will receive an invoice for the total amount.

(3) If no payment is received within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, Cici Purwanti will consider the customer’s interest in performance to have lapsed and will exercise the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 323 (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received. Pledging or transfer of ownership by way of security without our written consent is not permitted.

Warranty

(1) The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for any deviations in quality and to report any complaints in writing within 14 working days. Otherwise, warranty claims are excluded.

(2) In the event of a complaint, the purchase date must be proven by an invoice. Defects resulting from transport, improper handling, modification of the delivered item, or natural wear and tear are excluded. The customer bears the full burden of proof for all claim requirements

(3) Commercially customary or minor, technically unavoidable deviations in quality, color, size, print, or design shall not constitute grounds for complaint.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
Custom-made commissioned works are excluded from this right.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Compliance with the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Right of Retention

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Custom-made commissioned works are excluded from return.

Return Shipping Costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Diminished Value
